Kimpton (67 hotels) have implemented more than 100 practices to make hotels, restaurants, community, and Earth a better place. All hotels are certified by the Green Key Eco-Rating Program (and Hotel Palomar and Hotel Monaco in Philadelphia are certified LEED Gold too).
Green best practices at Kimpton: when hotel guests book a room, they can choose whether the hotel give $10 per night to The Trust for Public Land (greens urban areas through its commitment to create and protect open space throughout America so that everyone – especially children – have access to parks, gardens and other natural spaces) or The nonprofit Nature Conservancy (committed to forest protection and restoration on a global scale, working on vital projects such as the Plant a Billion Trees reforestation program).
